No7 has just released its first corporate video in partnership with the British Beauty Council. The Beauty in Science film provides a glimpse behind the No7 laboratory doors, emphasizing the crucial role that science and scientists play in driving the beauty industry forward. The hope is that it will encourage a richly diverse new cohort of scientists to consider taking up rewarding careers in the beauty sector.
Acknowledging that there is a lack of awareness about the innovation, people and passion that underpin the British beauty industry and its products, No7 is also working with bloggers, media and influencers over the coming months to improve consumers’ knowledge and understanding of what lies behind the products they know and love.
To launch this initiative, No7 joined the British Beauty Council this week at its Beauty Science Panel, as part of British Science Week. The event featured Ged O’Shea, global research and development director, Global Brands, who represented No7.
