Having access to medicines and health supplies has never been more important. Throughout 2020, WBA has supported International Health Partners (IHP) with medicines for Essential Health Packs (EHPs) to respond to disasters and worked to ship over 33,000 medical treatments and supplies to 17 countries. This support helped IHP facilitate humanitarian work in some of the world’s most challenging places including countries like South Sudan, Haiti, Iraq, Lebanon, and Yemen.
“Colleagues at WBA really go the extra mile for IHP,” says Adele Paterson, CEO, IHP. “From the teams managing product donations, to those volunteering to pack, store and arrange EHPs for onward delivery, we are so grateful that this support has continued despite the challenges of 2020.”
