Our Business Resource Groups are helping to connect us to the diverse communities we serve.
These voluntary, team member-led groups are respected and valued for the support they bring to WBA's business objectives. The groups provide safe spaces and opportunities for our people to build connections, as well as to listen and learn from our peers who have different lived experiences and backgrounds. Team members are empowered to increase their understanding, share their personal experiences, and broaden their perspectives.
With more than 6,200 members our WBA Business Resource Groups and field chapters from across the U.S., UK, Latin America, Europe and Asia represent varying dimensions of diversity such as: age, gender, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation and gender identity, disability, and military veteran status, as well as environmental sustainability.
