Lanesha Minnix is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Ecolab Inc. (NYSE: ECL), the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services operating in 170 countries. She leads a global team and has responsibility for all legal, compliance, regulatory, government relations and SH&E matters for the company.
Prior to joining Ecolab, Minnix served as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for Flowserve and was responsible for the company’s legal, compliance and regulatory matters. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for BMC Stock Holdings. Earlier in her career, Minnix held roles with increasing responsibility at ABM Industries, Shell Oil Company and Sprint. She began her career as a corporate associate at the law firm of K&L Gates.
Minnix serves on the Board of Directors for Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: AEIS). She is a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC) and National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). She holds a juris doctor and an MBA from the University of Tulsa, and a bachelor's degree in Marketing from St. Louis University.
